At Tartufaia, the truffle experience is unique and immersive. Here, there are no display cases separating the customer from the product: the truffles are accessible, you can smell them, touch them, and choose them yourself. This authentic approach, inspired by Italian tradition, makes the product come alive and accessible to everyone. Founded by passionate chefs, Tartufaia began its journey at London's Borough Market in 2006 and has since won over a global clientele. Today, with the opening of a new store in Maastricht, Tartufaia continues to share its passion for truffles, focusing on closeness and human connection.
The main challenge for Tartufaia was to modernize its image while preserving the authenticity and tradition that have built its reputation. The task was to create a complete rebranding that reflects both their heritage and their evolution, attracting a new generation of customers while retaining their existing clientele. The rebranding also aimed to support their international expansion, particularly the opening of their new store in Maastricht.
In close collaboration with Tartufaia, we captured their passion for truffles and their commitment to tradition. Together, we set a new course for their international development, emphasizing proximity and the human touch. Our work reflects their authenticity while propelling them towards new horizons.
